We are all in transition moving from one stage of our lives to another. Some of us are in critical seasons of our lives ready to make radical changes. These changes take all shapes. Some people may be transitioning off of the street, others from a place of hopelessness to hope, and others from loneliness to having a strong sense community. SOS is dedicated to facilitating this process.
